Our estate grown, signature white wine derives its unique style from the cool micro-climate of the Oak Knoll appellation. Barrel fermented very slowly at cold temperatures in seasoned oak and stainless barrels, it exhibits juicy flavors of peach and apricot, a backbone of bright acidity and captures aromas of dried flowers and white pepper. The full textured and silky finish allows the charming characteristics of this exotic varietal to shine through. Gary A. Luchtel, Winemaker. 200 cases produced.
